Development

The property Development Division provides a dynamism within the Kennedy Group, having developed a portfolio of projects valued in excess of £500 million.

Expanding interests in land, utilising an integrated design, develop and build philosophy, Kennedy is developing major land and commercial developments involving mixed developments such as Saint Anne's Squeare in Belfast, Junction One in Antrim and the K-Village outlet site in Kendal, gateway to the Lake District.

Construction

A family firm since its establishment back in 1949, Kennedy Contractors is proud of its reputation with a wide and growing list of clients, among them some of the best known names in the Northern Ireland business community.

Kennedy Contractors, the leading player in the Construction Division of the Kennedy group of Companies, is one of Northern Ireland's largest, most progressive and most successful organisations in the building sector.

Manufacturing

Concrete Products range from manhole rings, road gullies, paving flags, cover slabs, road kerbs to junction boxes, and are produced for both internal and external customers, including meeting the requirements of the export markets. Quality is assured through accreditation by BSI. The substantial manufacturing facility is situated in a newly refurbished complex in Macosquin.

Specialist Joinery - from its factory at Macosquin, Coleraine with its dedicated plant and machinery, joinery products are produced for both internal and external customers.

Hotels

Kennedy has invested in the best facilities to ensure continued satisfaction for all its customers and to assist in the attraction of tourists to Northern Ireland.

The Kennedy Group operates Hotels and leisure facilities which currently encompasses The Ramada Hotel Portrush and the Holiday Inn Express, Antrim, with planned developments at Saint Anne's Square in Belfast and the Gasworks in Belfast.

Relationships have been developed with the Ramada Hotel Chain and BDL Management Ltd., thereby ensuring attention to detail and the provision of a first class service to all customers.

The Kennedy Group has also formed a joint venture partnership with BDL Management Ltd, known as RAMCORE Hotels, which aims to complete up to 40 contemporary lifestyle hotels across Great Britain under the Ramada Encore brand by 2012.

Community

The Kennedy group plays an integral role in the community in which it lives and works. It has a long history of support of the NW200, the largest outdoor sporting event in Europe. Initially a race sponsor, the Kennedy group has been the main sposor of the event through its own brand and that of Junction 1 since 2003.

This year, Kennedys are also title sposors of the Castleward Opera and the NI International Airshow at Portrush
